Ingredients

 kosher salt                 1 teaspoon  

 ground black pepper 1 teaspoon

 chili powder              1 teaspoon

 cumin                       1 teaspoon

 garlic powder           1 teaspoon

 milk (1 ¼ L)             5 cups 

 penne pasta(400 g)   4 cups 

 pepper jack cheese(100 g)1 cup


Preparation


1-Heat the oil in a huge pot over high intensity.

2-Add the chicken and cook until presently not pink, 5-6 minutes, then eliminate from the pot.

3-Add the chime peppers and onion and cook until the onion is clear, around 6 minutes.
